Ist interview 2017 , Superv. was 2 hours late to interview. 2nd time 2018 on time, not friendly at all, This facility has a high turnover rate and amateur leadership, that's why they're constantly hiring

I met with 2 supervisors, both were new to interviewing. i had a walk through of plant and they loved my experience in the field. We discussed advancement being a possibility. this is a non-union plant. One interviewer had been with the company a long time the other had just moved into his position from regular employee.
