Interview with 3 member panel comprising of Hiring manager,Skip level manager and neutral observer.Starts with Tell me about yourself in 5 minutes and follows up with series of questions to gauge leadership and behaviour attributes

Interview in panels with structured meetings across a selected panel. After passing the panel, there were specific relationships that had individual interviews (business client, IT leadership, etc.). Process seemed rushed and as a job seeker I was provided almost no feedback. End to end it took about 3 weeks.
