The first stage was an online application which asked you a couple of questions about the company etc. The next stage was a online assessment stage similar to those used by other large corporations The third stage was a video assessment asking three questions. This is where the process ended for me. The tricky question was if you bumped into the director of the company how would you sell yourself to him within the space of 1-2 minutes.

I applied online before the deadline and it was quite easy with no complicated forms. After this I was required to finish some online tests which was mainly about numerical tests and situational judgement questions. Lastly I was required to record a video interview with 5 questions.
