first, they visited our campus and conducted technical written test, after shortlisting (1:15) they will call for interview within couple of weeks mostly (15-20 days) and as we are freshers they will introduce to their company in details by a presentation briefly and then we go through group discussion (elimination round) and final technical + HR interview will be done at once, after which they summoned all of us and after all of sudden the results were out, and it was (1:2) 10 attended interview out of which 5 got selected, and i am one among them
