Star technique with situational mixed in. I prepped so much for typical star type situational questions that I wasn't as prepared for the situational they were proposing that was more futuristic based ( based on future position).

All the behavioral questions are based on the company`s culture, they use the STAR method and the candidate needs to give real examples based on Coca-Cola`s values. I was asked one STAR question for each culture value.

The phone interview lasted 10 minutes. General questions about my studies and how i see myself in 5 years. The interview ever was really kind and helpful. I asked them at the end of the questions to tell me a little bit more about their company and they were really happy to answer all my questions
