First, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an on onsite interview. The onsite interview included a presentation an repetitive SMART questions by teams of two people for about 5 hours. Prepare to have lots of stories to tell. I was also asked to prepare a 30-45 minute presentation with approximately 1-2 days to prepare prior to the interview. The presentation was attended by approximately 10 people.
