Interviewers asked for a round of introductions, then forgot to introduce themselves or cover any details about the role. I shared a father's day story and they didn't seem to care or have anything interesting to say throughout the interview. I got about 5 minutes to ask about the role and the problems they have. Right on the mark, quit the interview. Just straight to business and what I did in a past company. I am waiting to hear back but I honestly don't care. I would take lower pay for a team or company that have a little compassion.
