Long and drawn out. The interviews themselves were pretty standard. HR interview, manager interview, then upper management interview. No surprises there. The whole process is incredibly drawn out though. Waiting 2-3 weeks between interviews is not especially efficient or practical. The whole process could use to be tightened up.
