I interviewed for the Sales Academy. It started with a classic interview one-on-one with the hiring manager. Next, I had to give a 5 minute presentation picked from three topics given to me. Lastly, I was interviewed by the head of sales for the company.

long took approximately 90 days from start to finish; did initial phone interview; met with Manager of the Department; met with 3 other employees within the department; was provided tour of the offices and met other within the organization; once finished with interviews, then waited about 3 weeks for an offer; took personality test and drug test
