It was 20 min round of client interview. Mostly about situation with stakeholders both internal and external. Use cases, Functional and non Functional requirements in the business processes, usecase diagram, various BRDs and Jira tool proficiency

Well organized interview process. Engaged with hiring manager directly and set clear expectations for next steps. Transparent in communication and timely. Met with team members and leadership peers allowing for diverse perspectives and big picture understanding of role.

Entretien
Initial interview with HR was pretty standard. Was scheduled for an interview with the hiring managers that was moved multiple times until it was cancelled. Cigna is notorious for hiring candidates they already know. They already had an internal candidate they were going to hire but prefer to waste external candidates time.
Good informed and different approaches and questions including what I like to do in my free time. That’s nice to hear some people are interested in linking professional to employees life
