Via contract, 1 phone, 1 face to face. Not a necessity to know all technically but be sure you know how to find the answers (ask your peers, Google, forums, message boards, etc). They look for detail oriented people and highly organized. There is tons of documentation in the position so be sure you are good with your words and organizational skills. Interview was easy. Some basic Active Directory questions, some troubleshooting of basic Global Groups, User Account issues, Local Groups. You need to work well with all levels of a company because you deal with regular workers to directors and C level people. Have good people skills as well. Be honest if you don't know a question don't try to BS the interviewer. Say you don't know and move on and be ready to tell them how you would get an answer if you don't have one ready.
