Interview through WebEx was set up and the interviewers did not attend. I emailed them to let them know and waited 20-30min, they apologized and rescheduled. The second time they didn't show up again and when I emailed, they never replied back. Speaks volumes on management skill or stress.

Speaking with both the recruiter and the supervisor over the phone and via Webex felt like speaking with old friends. Very comfortable and transparent with the information provided about the role/expectations. Both interviews went over but we really got a good feel for each other as potential manager and employee
