1. Contacted and screened by recruiter
2. Contacted by recruiter to schedule a three way phone interview
3. Three way phone interview with two separate fraud department managers
4. Contacted by recruiter to schedule another three way phone interview
5. Three way phone interview with fraud department head and fraud attorney
6. Contacted by recruiter and told that Cigna was pursuing other candidates
Overall, everyone was very friendly and cordial to talk to. The last three way interview between myself, the attorney, and the Department head went very well. They told me that I appear to be a quick learner and have a very good grasp investigative techniques. The call ended with the Department head telling me that we would talk soon. Five days later I got kicked to the curb because I "over evaluated the questions I was being asked" despite making sure my answers were concise and to the point. Massive waste of effort on my part. Don't waste your time with Cigna's extensive interview process.
