Interview was interesting ... they knew exactly what they wanted, and I fit the qualifications. They were a little less forthcoming regarding the long-term prospects. Current salary was given. They made an offer - over $20K less than my current position. Did not declining this insult of an offer. Approximately nine months later, they laid off nearly half the IT staff at this location.
