After making me wait for 20 minutes, the manager comes to tell me that they did not get my online application and do not have my information. He brings me to the bar to have me fill out a paper application and tells me that there will be at least a 3 month long wait to be hired. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

Very casual and laid back. Questions were directed toward getting to know you rather than typical situational style based questions. Likely to be hired on the spot if the interview goes well and they feel you are a suitable candidate for the position.

Informal. Learned about the company and expectations. Went through the team dynamic and asked about my experience and personality. Walked around the restaurant and went over day to day processes.
