The interview process was long and a bit cumbersome at best. There were two interviews altogether. Take note: the second interview, I was informed that the hiring process was extremely slow and to "stick with it." First interview was fairly easy as the questions were generalized. Ex. Describe a time when you experienced conflict within your immediate work environment and how did you handle it? Second interview was quite a bit longer (almost an hour) and a bit more challenging. Ex. Describe a time when you displayed initiative and what was the outcome.
