Applied online. I called them and they offered me an interview. Went in and met with an assistant manager, and right after I met with the GM. A week later I got a call from another manager asking me to come in for another interview. I went in the next day and met with her, and it went extremely well in my opinion. She also told me "things look really good for you", Said she would call me the next day. So I walked out thinking I pretty much nailed it and I just had to wait a day or two to be officially offered the position. Didn't receive a call. I waited three days and called the restaurant and she said she was about to sit down with the GM and discuss the process and that she would call me back in 30 minutes. No phone call. I chalked it up as a loss on their end. Really unprofessional if you ask me.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
