The application was online, a bit lengthy questionnaire but no resume required. I received a phone call the next day. The first interview was with the server manager. He asked a few questions about experience and availability. The next interview was with the GM and was applicant led. Do some research about the company before the second interview. They expect you to ask about salary and the training process. There is a server class and several tests and follows before they let you have your own section.

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
