After calling the restaurant to ask if they were hiring, they took my name down and directed me to the online application and invited me, on the spot, to come in for an in-person interview the following week. They asked very standard interview questions about my experience, where I go to school, how long I expect to work there, etc. But do be prepared: Training requires that you go in starting at 8/9am for a whole week which is not flexible. If you can't make it, regardless if you have school or work, you typically won't get the job.
