J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Cheesecake Factory (Scottsdale, AZ)
Entretien
Initially completed online application and personality assessment that took nearly one hour. Had one interview with a Server Manager and the following week I returned for a final interview with a General Manager. Both managers were very open about the operation and promoted the position as an enjoyable experience. There seemed to be more attention to offering the job than to assessing my abilities. I asked many more questions of them than they asked of me.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Very few questions were asked, possibly because of my experience. The usual curiosities will arise: how do you deal with dissatisfied customers, how do you excel when offering service, will you be dependable, etc.?

Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
