J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Cheesecake Factory (Los Angeles, CA) en oct. 2013
Entretien
I interviewed with Rob Hester. He was laid back and easy going. The interview didn't last long and I was hired on the spot right after giving me a compliment. He then introduced me to one of the managers, Angela, who gave me a brief tour after filling out some paperwork. It wasn't a very long process. The longest part was waiting to be seen because they are so busy.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.

3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
