I was reached out through email by someone in HR. After, I did a a written assignment which they timed, it was about two hours. Finally, I was reached out for a online interview. The virtual interview lesson about an hour and a half. Afterwards I was asked for a reference check. I did not hear from them for weeks. Turns out they were having a huge internal mess and the person who interviewed me suddenly quit their job. I thought asking for references meant I was gonna get hired, however, I was completely sidetracked was not given the opportunity to interview again and did not end up getting the opportunity.
