I interviewed for a Career Specialist role and appreciated the chance to speak with the team. However, the interview focused heavily on responsibilities that weren’t clearly outlined in the job posting and didn’t match my background. It was also suggested I consider a different role with entirely separate requirements, which created confusion. While the team was polite, I ultimately chose to withdraw my application as it became clear the role wasn’t the right fit. A clearer, more focused interview process — with upfront alignment on expectations — would significantly improve the candidate experience.

two step process, 2 hour testing and then one hour interview. 2 hour testing required the whole time. One hour interview had 3 people on call, they were all very nice.
