Personal interview, mostly about why I want to work in restaurants. They asked why I enjoy restaurants and what will make me stand out to the guests. Briefly went over my resume to ensure I had prior restaurant experience. Then towards the end discussed flexibility of scheduling.

Applied online took assessment passed got choice of times then interview asked basic questions what would you change at former job why did you leave and availability only took about 10 minutes
The interview process is pretty smooth. They ask if you know the different types of steaks and if you know your wines/alcohol. They also want to know your experience with serving.

Filled out application online , Interview with a manager went great. Typical questions. Got call back same day from GM asking me to come in for second interview the next day . Was offered job on the spot at second interview & filled out paperwork same day
