The interview was a one on one interview with the director of human resources. It was at 8:0 am sharp. So i a arrived 15 minutes prior to find parking and to still have 5 minutes to spare and prepare.

There were two rounds of behavioral interviews, both asking typical STAR stories, why Campbell's, why this position, etc. Very friendly interviewer for the first round. Second round was a panel interview.

It was pretty easy, just one round with the team you intern for. They were very direct and seemed to have a busy schedule as I didn't have time to ask questions at the end.

A very knowlegeable interview with HR and Manager of Department where you were asked about the technical skill and also critical thinking. The Manager also brief a little on what you will be doing (job's description).
