The interview process was fairly straight. We briefly talked about some of the work I did with the creative director. I didn't have to show my portfolio (which I brought) as the creative director had already seen most of my work online. We went over the type of work they do, as well as the type of work I would be expected to do. The creative director seemed pretty honest and up front throughout the interview process. Towards the end he did mention that a full-time position given my skills was probably not the right fit for either myself or the company. Instead he did offer the potential for future freelance work for them given my past work & portfolio.
