Craigslist ad for Customer Service Representative. Nice parking lot, lots of trees, beautiful building reception area with lots of light. Interviewer seemed surprised by offer of resume in addition to job application. Job was presented in misleading way (customer service rep helping people who were calling in and highly motivated to keep service). Actual job was inbound calls from extremely irate customers, some justifiably so.
