Interview process is extremely long. I have had over five rounds of interviews over the course of two months. While the people are all amazing, it definitely has been a bit tough trying to stay excited during such a long process. Definitely could be condensed.

Where do you see yourself in the next two, five and ten years?
I did a coffee chat-like interview with the PI. He was very friendly and nice. I talked the projects that I have been working and my future career goal. He also talked about the focus of his lab. The conversation was great.

Tell me about one time you worked on a large-scale project.
I'm still in the middle of it. After the initial screening, they'll send a coding assessment and interview video link (you can record the answer to 5 questions on your own time, with unlimited retries).
Three rounds, including some technical background and multiple team members. Most of the interview are based on your background, and your biological background as well. You meet with everyone that you would be working with.
