Set up a 1 way interview through HireVue, where you answer a series of 5 questions into a webcam for their hiring group to review later. Had never done a 1 way interview before, so the process felt very unnatural. Had an email voice notification pop up and interrupt one of my answers, but you don't get to go back and re-record your answers so I'm sure I looked distracted. Would have preferred a traditional phone interview over this process.

There was 4 total interviews. A short phone call, 30m Zoom with multiple sales higher ups, a ride along with a current employee in that role, and another Zoom with multiple higher ups.

The interview process is lengthy, and you’ll most likely need to travel for some of it. Study the history of the Boston Beer Co, and ask for the job in each interview
