Entretien
It was a phone interview with the founder of the company and the recruiter. The founder of the company was just listening while the recruiter was asking questions. It was fairly easy because they just wanted to make sure you were motivated for the cause and you knew about The Borgen Project.

Entretien
It was good and I really enjoyed it. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All of the questions are pretty easy and there are no curveballs thrown. No previouse experience is required for the interview either.

Apply online, then they will send you a candidate assessment quiz to complete. After approval, they will contact you to make a phone or video interview. The hiring decision will be made after the interview.
