After submitting the application I was then pushed to the second stage of the process that consisted of a candidate quiz. This quiz is simple but tad time-consuming. The majority of the information needed is answered on The Borgen Project website. After the candidate quiz was sent in and reviewed, I was then given a link to schedule my skype interview.
The interview itself was simple though a little unprofessional on their part. Though it was executed on time, the interviewer did not show himself on the video. From my guess, it is because they were not dressed professionally due to the reality that most of the people who work for The Borgen Project work virtually. The interview lasted a whopping 14 minutes out of the 30 minutes allotted.
The questions were simple and very common sense. I did get the job from it so don't let the brief interview be an indication on whether it went well.

Fairly easy, started with having to answer several questions about the company and yourself followed by an online interview which lasted 10 minutes. The general questions asked were on the candidates strengths, weaknesses and why they would be a good fit for the role.

It was an easy process. You initially take a Google form to answer questions about their organization then you move on to a video interview. From then on, your interviewer will let you know if you got the internship or not. Overall, the actual interview only took about 15 minutes.
