I went through two rounds of interviews prior to receiving an offer. The first round was conducted by the senior executive team. During this time they focused on my resume and a little bit about my ideal work environment. The second interview was one-on-one with the CEO. This interview as very comfortable and he actually tried to convince me to work somewhere else and provided me with many resources and knowledge on the industry.
