Simple and straightforward from start to end. After submitting a CV went into shop for in person interview with manager and another employee.
After about a week and one follow up, a position was offered
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.

This was a standard interview process. I applied online via their website. Then I was interviewed for the role. They asked me normal questions at the interview, about past experience, availability etc.
