I was approached by a recruiter. Applied online, got two phone interviews one with a dm and one with hr. Then one with the DM in person. I thought that was it but then there was another one with another senior hr person. I got the job took five weeks and didn't negotiate they had a good plan. Found out after I got hired they dont do increases and left.

1. Phone screen interview 2. In-person interview 3. Finally an in-person or virtual interview with District Manager 3 Interviews total. Included a shop floor trail to see how you would do when you are with customers.

3 step process 1. Phone screen. 2. In person interview 3. Shop floor trial After this they will tell you over the phone whether you were successfull or not usually within a week.
Directly you can give interview to resional manager or area manager .HR round is just for formality only same did ,I have given interview to RM and elected in one day and two round after that hr done formality
