When you drop off your resume they will ask you questions like why you are interested in working at the body hsop and what their five core values are -KNOW THIS! I initially had a one on one interview in the mall, standard interview questions, you are asked to wear all black (think dress pants and a black top) and if you are a girl do your makeup as you would normally. Make it stand out, use colors, don't be afraid to put on a fair bit more than you normally would and definitely wear a lipstick, doing something fun with your hair is good too but keep jewellery simple. I then had a group interview where you are asked to do a few exercises such as telling a fair trade story, even if you don't know everything be outgoing and fun, always respectful as well. Make sure you have reviewed the website, know the companys back story and the FIVE VALUES!!!

It was an open hiring process for the Christmas Casual position - just asked about availabilities to work and other general questions but no proper interview. The interviewer (manager) was very friendly.
