The interview process was very relaxed and friendly. I was asked the typical competency based questions and a few more creative questions specific to NDP development.
I spoke to managers from 2 different brands, who tested my product portfolio knowledge as well as ideas for new NPD. They had a particular interest on how to target millennial consumers as the brand is struggling to stay relevant with new entries.

emailed them to apply for internship. HR replied and ask me to head down for an interview. interviewed with head of department and my direct manager. usual interview questions like tell me about yourself, what skills do you have, what do you expect from this job, why should we hire you.
