Simple, Straightforward, Easy , real. The interview process was great and smooth and then the entire hiring process was good as well. I did it through the career fair 3 years ago so it might be different now

Entretien
It was hosted as a job fair, they print out your resume when you get to the resort to sign in and they hand it to you and you wait until you get called to be interviewed, if they decided to move forward they'll give you a list of restaurants or food and beverage jobs and tell which they think I best and you like it (at least for me I was allowed to pick) over the process was easy
