Causal meeting that involved lunch, office tour and jobsite tour and sit down with 5-6 employees. I thought it was a good interview process that looks to match potential hires with the cultural of that region/office. Was able to meet many of the office and field staff which allowed me to learn a lot about the company and employees.

Normal interview and a short waiting period to hear back from the company.The process was not really bad. I have had other interviews that was tougher. They really just want to know if you're a fit for the company.

I met the employees of Beck group at the career fair and gave my resume in February 2016. They have called for an interview on the next day. I got a call from the HR after 2 weeks and an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview was in Dallas and 4 people interviewed.
