Career event day, open floor, lots of applicants to choose which portion of the room they wanted to interview, either Project Management, Superintendent, or Architecture. The set up was professional and HR members were delightful. I'd love to work for this firm that is headed by an upcoming young African-American CEO.

Normal interview and a short waiting period to hear back from the company.The process was not really bad. I have had other interviews that was tougher. They really just want to know if you're a fit for the company.

I met the employees of Beck group at the career fair and gave my resume in February 2016. They have called for an interview on the next day. I got a call from the HR after 2 weeks and an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview was in Dallas and 4 people interviewed.
