Time-consuming interview process. They pride themselves for seeking intellectual, high-level candidates, and yet will judge you for not being "laid back." In other words, beware if you speak and conduct yourself formally. They are probably looking for someone who can demonstrate their laid backness, which quite frankly sounds sexist, as I cannot visualize that feedback being shared with a male candidate.

There were several rounds of interviews, beginning with a phone screen, followed by two rounds with HR, the hiring manager, and the analysts you will support, and a final round with your fellow assistants.
