Interview was about 30min. It is important to them to know what The Battery is about. They explained me what the Front Desk Position is about and that it is not a 'normal' Front Desk job like in a hotel. I needed to read the job description and grooming standards.

I had a webcam interview with the manager, an in person interview with two employees of the club and then a 2 hour paid trial shift where the job description and its duties were explained and I was given a chance to try it out. Unfortunately I was ghosted and have never heard back after applying and interviewing over a month ago.
