Initially the role was posted via the Job Centre. It stated that CV's were to be sent by email, or you could apply via telephone. I initially sent my CV then called to tell them that I had done so... I received a reply email a couple of hours later telling me that they will contact me with interview date.
At the interview, I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11am appointment, and was left waiting for around 30 minutes (not impressed) - During that time I took in the surroundings, the customers etc. All of it seemed distinctly unappealing (especially the uniforms) nevertheless! I need a job....And when it came time to take the interview which 1:1 - I was initially asked about my work history, what my goals are, what sort of place I was looking to work in, what my leadership style was and whether I was flexible or not. The interviewer wasn't exactly a top notch one and given that I don't think I performed to my best - the interview seemed to end quite suddenly and I wasnt sure if that was in the interest of saving time, she'd heard enough and I HAVE secured a second interview - or the opposite, I was crap and that was that.
