Had an in-depth phone interview with a recruiter (who was phenomenal) at an agency and was booked to meet with the HR Manager 2 days later. When I arrived I met with the owner, HR Manager and various other employees including the current CSM who I would be taking over for. Overall the interview process was average; after 10 mins of being in the office, I knew this wasn't the right environment for me. I later withdrew my application.

I was interviewed by Tara and it took exactly an hour long, from what I understand she no longer works here so this information may be a little outdated. She asked the basic "tell me about yourself" first and then dived into more unconventional questions listed below. Overall, she had a way of making the interviewee feel more comfortable, but she talked about her own experiences more than i did
