I received an email to log onto their job board and schedule a phone interview. I was able to select a time that worked for me over the next week. The phone interview was conducted by a woman based in a different facility (recruiter type). She asked questions and typed out a summary of my responses. I did not get the sense she understood the questions well and was clearly reading from a form. These questions ranged from generic "tell us about your experience" to more technical "explain the difference between verification and validation"
