Initial interview was with a top member of the company. The individual was obviously distracted during the interview, often having to backtrack or duplicating questions. I was also informed of the trajectory of the position, which turned out to be false. A week later, a much better and more professional interview took place with Senior members of the team. They were fantastic in relaying accurate information and held themselves accountable to what they shared throughout my time with the company.
