I was given a programming aptitude test that was printed in 1960. I got less than 5 wrong and was then granted an in person interview. If you're applying as a developer, you can only get 2 wrong. they were supposed to change this, but seems like they never actually implemented any changes.

All you had to do was take a logic test, basically a decision tree. Then the owner and hiring manager were supposed to meet with me but they were too busy. I met with another manager instead. There were brief questions about my previous experience and my courses, and then a conversation about what the job would require day to day.
