I learned about the job through a recruiter. Had a phone screen with an engineer whom did not answer any of my questions regarding the company, role, culture, or team. I had some technical disagreements with the interviewer and simply assumed that the phone screen did not go well. I was slightly surprised when I was called back to meet with the team manager so I went in for a face to face where I showed up 15 minutes early and was asked to wait in the "lobby" for another 15 minutes past my interview time before the manager asked someone to take me into a conference room. Turns out the person who took me into the conference room was the same engineer whom I had the phone screen. He begins to ask me the same questions we went over on the phone screen to which I quickly lose interest in the interview and the company to be honest. When he is finished after 1+ hours of technical discussion he goes to get the team manager who simply escorts me out stating that he does not have time to talk currently.
