Spoke with a Sr. Content Ingestion Lead on the phone. Then had a face-to-face interview with four team members including the person from the phone call. Everyone on the publishing team who interviewed me is intelligent, which made the interview interesting and the job attractive. I read another interviewer's comment, but I had the opposite experience. I guess it depends which department you're applying for. I'm sure that other team has since worked out the kinks in their process, since the company has gone through a lot of growth.
