I was contacted via phone approximately 2 weeks after submitting my application online. They flew me out the next week for an in person interview with a panel of four people. Thirty minutes after my interview I received a phone call saying they would be extending me a job offer. The interview was straight forward, no questions that were out of the ordinary. Have situational questions in mind, i.e. what was a time you and a supervisor disagreed on something and how was it resolved? The interviewers were all very friendly and accommodating.
