recruiter contacted me through text and email to schedule 1st interview. This was with HR director for some reason, 45 min zoom where they record you but the interviewer left her camera off. no intros, about the company or even much at all about the role itself. In the job description there was little to no sales experience required but yet we spoke almost the whole interview about my stats and performance in my current role, which was interesting. When it was my turn to ask questions I asked what is your sales teams current quota attainment. I was told it was 100%. asked them how long is training - " 3 weeks long but we have no Sales VP right now so you would need to be more hands on and it would be more like 2wks til you hit the phone." asked her about what the interview process is and was told there is another zoom interview with a manager, then with CEO, then some type of presentation, then meet with the team, and then personality test. After that I decided to not move forward.
